"Patient front of house staff while experiencing problems with credit card."

"The hotel was under renovation when we arrived and we were only told about the pool being down , got in trouble for using the main doors when the “alternate entrance “ wasn’t clearly visible. Proceeded to our room and wasn’t very nice either , random stains all over the blankets and the room had an odd smell. When mentioning my concerns with the front desk staff I was just told that’s “just how it is”. I wished I had picked another hotel the whole time staying here."

"We stay often at this hotel. It’s always a great stay. Bed are very comfortable, rooms are clean and staff is always friendly. Breakfast is great. Recommend highly."

"I booked the room through expedia. Not sure but they gave me a very crappy room. The front desk referred me to my reservation as 3rd party. It's almost like they did not seem too happy. The elevators was sort of screechy and jumpy. At one point the inside of the elevator did NOT align with the outside floor. The room I was assigned to there was a lot of paint peeled from bathroom door. Also, shower head when I turned on was screaming at me. The furniture was OLD from the 80's or even earlier....

"Very nice experience, had a great time."
