"Room 107 We were greeted with a beautiful smile. Made our day so much better after a long drive. Hotel is easy to find. Not in downtown Banff, but hotel has a shuttle. Also many sporting items to rent. Hot tub, but we didn't use. Room was very clean and well stocked. The view from this room is spectacular! We were here with the snow on and still very nice to set outside our room to see the mountains. Summer would be awesome. Quiet and dark. Bed and linens very comfortable. Bathroom well...

"I received excellent service from the staff. The front desk person thoughtfully put me in a room that was a great location for me to access areas for my dog and to experience minimum noise. As a result my dog stayed quiet and relaxed."

"Always good to stay at Cow Lake. Easy check-in and out. Friendly staff. Cabin could use an update and add a few amenities to the room like shampoo, body wash, and better hand soap for the bathroom, an initial supply of coffee & coffee filters. The General store has everything you need. Bed is comfortable. Wifi and TV was great. Lots of space. Our pups were very comfortable. Nice quiet spot if you are looking for a friendly place to hang out. "

"Staff was friendly and efficient, making for a quick check in. Room was clean. Plenty of pillows to choose from. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was hot and a great selection to choose from. Appreciate the coffee and water available in the lobby. For covenience and price it’s great value."

"Overall, our family had a great stay. The pull out couch was the most comfortable pull out I've ever slept on. The breakfast was delicious with a large variety of items. My only complaint is that the pool wasn't the cleanest. The hot tub seemed to have a lot of sand in the bottom of it (and it's April, so I have no clue where that could have come from). The drains on the floor were all very grimy, and the stairs to go up the water slide were dirty, and one was broken with a large crack in it."

"The Rooms are nice and clean but the Hotel is Noisy, you can hear when people walk, close the drawers above and outside the room. you can also hear the cleaners pushing their cars…If you are looking for a quiet place to rest this Hotel it is not."
