The standard was amazing however they have spoilt us for our trip as now they have set the standard so high, no other hotel can match it and we keep getting disappointed. I wish they had a hotel like this in every city we are staying in Thailand, nothing was too much trouble for them and the staff make the hotel atmosphere

Had a 2 week stay at this hotel and from the moment we arrived it was amazing. Staff are very friendly, attentive and professional. All the food in the hotel (and believe me we tried pretty much all of it) was brilliant. Short walk along the beach to Bophut Fishing village with more bars, restaurants and shops. Only negative was that the holiday ended too early. Would definitely go back.

We travelled to Phuket for the first time for our honeymoon, and although we were both anxious and excited, I can truly say we were blown away by our stay at Point Yamu. From the moment we arrived till the morning of our departure the staff were nothing short of marvellous and they made our stay at Point Yamu all the more special. Was good but too many people in breakfast and sometimes was not comfortable. Room was very clean and comfortable. Beach was very nice and quiet.

Best place to stay in Koh Samui. Fantastic rooms, hotel immaculate, staff so friendly, great choice of breakfast, Thai, European , British, and a la carte. The hot items for breakfast could be warmer though. Great beach location and the only place to stay in this area of Koh Samui

Fantastic resort. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and could not fault the accommodation. The breakfast and location was outstanding. Overall extremely impressive.

What a place! The location is high up on a mountain with amazing views. You are given round the clock usage of private cars which the drivers take you where you want to go, mostlyis courtsey. Each villa is individual and all with traditional Thai decor. We stayed in Camellia villa which has fantastic ocean views and it’s own plunge pool. The villa was fully equipped with everything you would need along with special touches of oriental flowers and fruit. Water was placed in your fridge every day...

An amazing beautiful 5 star hotel, caters for everyone with 2 adult only pools, amazing childrens pool too. Breakfast is brilliant Rooms stunning Welcome lovely with a flower bracelet a juice and a token to receive a complimentary drink of your choice. The brunch on Sunday is a must! I'm not normally one for writing reviews, however on this occasion it would be unfair to all the team there not to. I stayed here for 5 nights and couldn't find 1 single fault with anything, ALL the staff there are absolutely amazing, I wish I could take my staff there to demonstrate how customers/guests should be treated, regardless what position they hold there, they go out of the way to acknowledge you. This hotel is in an excellent location being directly on the beach and close to all the bars and restaurants. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite large and comfortable and have a separate shower and bath, TV, tea making facilities, hairdryer, and plenty drawer and hanging space. There is also a day bed in the room. I had a lovely relaxing time at the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff made for an enjoyable time. Lovely room and pool with the beach close by. A large spread was available for breakfast. A very nice start to the day. Occasionally I found a staff member that could not grasp what I was asking in English. I treated myself to a manicure at the Zense Spa. I regretted my choice as I could have done a much better job with a pair of nail clippers.

We enjoyed tremendously our 3-night stay here. The room was large, the views from the window are fantastic, breakfast was excellent and the pool was beautiful and great fun. The location is not perfect (7 minutes by car from central Ao Nang, not walkable), but the almost-hourly free shuttle from the hotel to the center is convenient. Above all - the staff was fantastic. Staff are excellent friendly and so helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable and breakfasts cater for all European and Asian and delicious. Plenty to do at the hotel too

this hotel is very good but one thing we find is not enough light, it make a little hard for us woman to do our make up but everything else is pretty good for this hotel
