"Overall very nice and relaxing perfect first trip to DR. Only complaint was the room service, Aries really gave me a hard time and had an attitude for no reason at all. He kept telling me they only served coffee for room service and when i asked any questions he constantly put me on hold for minutes. I eventually got help from a lady im not sure her name. Also, the room had hair in the shower and jacuzzi, also surfaces werent properly wiped down. "

"My wife and I visited from 30 April to 5 May, 2026 for my birthday weekend at Ocean- El Beso (Adult Only) side of the resort. This has been my 3rd time at the resort. What a difference the rooms are so worn down. On arrival the person thay checked me in a really young kid was super rude, however he informed us we had been assigned a butler José Miguel and he was on lunch and would be back in 30 mins or so. Since our room wasn't ready we went to eat at the buffet. On our way we bumped i to our butler José Miguel he was so sweet, courteous and professional. He scheduled all of our dinner reservations and helped my wife set up the most gorgeous birthday dinner on top of the lighthouse with lobster, filet mignon, shrimp, and more it was 4 courses. Jose also checked in with us daily and made sure we were good and comfortable, he also helped me get floaties for the room in our swim up, he was the best i would highly recommend him. In addition the activity pool where theres entertainment the bartenders there are the best Juan Carlos and the shorter lady i'm so sorry i forgot her name were the best. They always remembered my wife and I's order and sometimes when i swam towards them they had my drink ready without me saying a word. The housekeeping too Marleny was ours in blg 12 first floor she was great. All in all the best staff, good food, and i had a good trip."
