Very friendly staff specially Wilky serving the drinks at the beach, and Sory in the steak restaurant. We enjoyed the yoga at the beach overlooking the beautiful ocean. We enjoyed the horse back ride on the beach and the evening entertainments.

This resort was a wonderful surprise and I’ll most certainly be going back. We were treated like family by the warm and kind staff. Having experienced many resorts in Punta Cana, this is my favorite for a peaceful and quiet family vacation.

The facility is clean and quite. Perfect getaway for relaxation. Foof is great and they have wonderful staff, Very friendly and attentive to your request. We had the villa for few days and we enjoy every inch of that villa so as the entire resort. Clean beach and swiming pools. You have activities throughout the day the you can join. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel, very dedicated staff, fantastic beach, very dedicated staff. Breakfast could be vastly improved (organisation, service and dishes). Bar and service on the beach really top. Three good restaurants for diner (food not 5 star, but fair for all inclusive and decent wine). I definitely recommend this hotel.

My wife and I have stayed at this resort 6 times. There was a noticeable effort to make improvements over our last stay. The resort property is absolutely beautiful. There were new menu's in most of the restauraunts. The new gourmet pizza was an excellent addition. As always, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. I can't say enough about Alejandro, Maria and Natalie. Their kindness and dedication to make sure we have a great experience is an asset to this resort and the reason we will be returning again next October.

Relaxing couples trip

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is beautiful and the service is excellent. There's not a lot going on. So if you want to stay up partying this place probably isn't for you. The food is pretty good. It's not blow your mind good, but we enjoyed most dishes. We did have an issue with our balcony hot tub not working. They kept telling us it would be fixed, but never was. Given that I still would stay here again and recommend it to others.

I traveled to Zoetry with 2 adults, 3 kids and 2 elderly adults. We stayed in their new 3 bedroom villa and it was wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Our concierge, Amada was available via whatsapp everyday to answer questions, make reservations or set anything up in our room. Frank, Jubie, Manuel, Sory and Oliver were stand out employees. Although there is not buffet option, the cooks are able to accommodate every food option you desire. It is a formal sit-down meals kinda place but this is all about the luxury and relaxed experience. Snacks are also available at the pool and room service is 24 hours. The only downside I found was that the pool is not accessible. So, if you're traveling with anyone who needs steps to enter the pool you will have a hard time. The spa is great and the jacuzzi and spa facilities are available to all guests. Fully stocked bar and snacks in the room every day and mosquito spray and toiletries are well stocked. I would definitely travel here again.

I liked quietness, cleanliness, and services at the room and restaurants. Also, the excellence of JJ, always available to help us, he is very professional! I did not like the tour to Dream hotel. They should told me the true before to schedule an appointment for me to go there. Another thing regarding food options would be to have the traditional Dominican plates always available. In our first trip, that aspect was excellent. They asked what did we want to eat….!in this trip, when I have asked for plantains, tostones, mofongo they have told they don’t have and offered mash potatoes. To re schedule transportation to the airport should be more help from that company since my trip was paid in Miami and it was a round trip.

6 of us went for a girls trip. Rooms are definitely geared towards couples. Our key cards for our room malfunctioned throughout our stay. We had 2 guys named Ramon that were supposed to be our butlers.! was great the other not so much. He blamed us multiple times for the keys not working. Acted angry and put out when we were the ones that were getting locked out of our rooms on a daily basis. Yanked cards out of our hands and yelled at us. Told us that it was our fault because we were placing them next to our phones - which we weren't.

To be honest, the hotel is overcharging its guests, we stayed at a villa (one of the most expensive rooms) and had issues since the day we arrived, the master shower was clogged so in order to shower you have to be closing the water and wait for it to swallow In another room ( the villa has 3 rooms) they had to switch a toilet because it wasn’t working and in the other room the bathroom had blood stains on the floor and it was raining from the roof The power went out every time we connected something so we had to wait for maintenance to fix it and the ac broke a couple of times But the worst thing that happened to us is that they stole a gold necklace at the spa from my sons locker we had to complain and tell them we were going to call the police, and next day they did found it we were pretty sure one of the staff member took it since they were the last appointment for the day the food Is not the best, but at piragua restaurant the staff is really nice Anthonio yoana Maria natali and soranyi where amazing with us Also Alejandro the concierge and Chris did Their best to help The area where the hotel is located, is dirty it’s dirty and isolated We will never go back

This was an incredible resort. It was not your typical overcrowded corporate resort. It had a boutique feel that we really appreciated. The beach was lovely and we could always find chairs and an umbrella. They also had activities each day that I would recommend attending. Gabriel thought a hat making class that was really neat. (You won’t be able to take the hat back into the U.S. though) We also participated in a cigar rolling class and several drink tastings. They put on shows each night and I would highly recommend the circus night. Be sure to bring bug spray. There are some mosquitoes that come out at night. I would definitely visit again.
