He went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had an awesome time at the restaurant. The whole staff was excellent but Sucre was exceptional. I would definitely comeback and stay at this resort. We found that the best time to be at the resort is Monday -Thursday. (less crowded and more peaceful)."

"We opted for preferred package and had a few hiccups our first couple of days with the premium drinks not available at the bars, but in the end they delivered to our satisfaction. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. There were many weddings during our stay. The one major thing that stood out to my husband and I was the staff! This is the main reason we changed out ratings to five (5 stars) - because of the STAFF (too numerous to name each)! They all work so hard to please their guests, and do it with a smile to make you feel special. One special shout out to Faustina who did such a beautiful job with our housekeeping. Our room was immaculate (building two) swim out suite."
