"Positive Points: The food was excellent. The restaurant staff were very helpful, friendly, and attentive. The property is very nice, clean, well-maintained, and generally a pleasant place to stay. Negative Points: Unfortunately, the housekeeping and reception staff were not at the same level as the restaurant team. The room was handed over without towels. I called the reception three times, but my requests were not taken seriously. Eventually, I had to go to the reception myself, and I only...

"Clean room comfortable bed ."

"Ok"

"Very clean room, gorgeous amenities, and we felt very safe."

"A wonderful hotel and such supportive and helpful staff! The facilities were 1st class and a clear 5 Star resort. Food was outstanding and an amazing time was had! Thank you all!"

Personale cordiale, gentile e veramente sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Settimana perfetta!!"

"Such a lovely trip! Beautiful hotel and welcoming staff, always happy to help and excellent care. Helped with mosquito repellents in the room as we had a rogue mosquito causing havoc on the first night and housekeeping were kind enough to give us a plug in repellant and spray the room so no further issues! Food was excellent, specifically my friend who was both gluten free (Coeliac) and vegetarian met with Anwar the head chef for the resort who personally came to guest relations and reassured...

"Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Cibo variato e curato.

"Staff was very friendly"

"We enjoyed our time at this resort"

"The room is clean Staff amazing"

"My stay at the hotel was excellent! Everyone was very kind and welcoming. I traveled solo and felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. There are stairs at the back of the hotel that lead directly to Naama Bay, making it very convenient to explore the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel!"
