Was a relaxing hotel but needed some TLC and a mixed view of staff (some were rude and other s very professional. Spa area was very shabby as paint was peeling off roof). Also the shop owners in hotel were very annoying.

Cleanliness of the room, timely check-in. We were told our room right be ready at 12pm so we went on an excursion and came back at 2pm and our room wasn't ready until almost 3pm. I ordered room service and my food order never arrived. Maybe more to showcase the amenities. The transportation was very expensive The staff are really great, very kind and friendly.

We super enjoyed our stay. The pool and beach are great . The dining options were awesome. The cleanliness and service were super. The TV remote control could do with an upgrade since its not very responsive and a little of a process to navigate channles but it did not take away anything away from our enjoyment and overall we had a great time. Overall it is great hotel, beach and pool clean and very nice. Rooms are definitely not 5 star but it’s ok, and in my room(350) was very bad smell, probably from the bed.

From the moment we arrived it had been amazing. The staff is wonderful en super helpful. They are always willing to help. The room and facilities were great. Lovely hotel for a beach getaway for adults (Baron Resort next door is perfect for families). The location is not far from the airport and is beautifully designed and looked after. Staff are very friendly and attentive to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. There are 3 bars on site and one on the beach. The restaurant is large with usual array of food types one would expect from all-inclusive service, there are special bar-be-queues laid on in front terrace, plus some enjoyable live entertainment. There are couple of a la carte options, one being traditional Egyptian place way at the back of the property on route the beach, in our experience it didn't seem to be booked much - in my opinion it's because it's next to several shops selling usual stuff (beach wear, 'designer' watches, belts etc) and pesky shop keepers who can be annoying - this is not hotel problem but worth mentioning. Animation team are lovely team working long hours to try engage in some fun, along with some excellent live acts. Special mention to the beautiful Aya! The beach is excellent, the water for couple of hundred yards is warm shallow and perfect for just floating on for hours. At the end of the pier there is snorkelling and scuba diving, both excellent to see the reefs and range of colourful fish in crystal clear water. Highlight of the trip. Hotel negative points: Wifi not so reliable. Restaurant does not label V for vegetarian which is not acceptable, have to keep asking Chef Salah.

I would like to thank Mr. Arafat Mahmoud, Mohamed Elhlawany and the entire staff for their hospitality and great work that they do to make your stay at the resort exceptional. Everybody went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. the food was great! We definitely recommend this resort for a fantastic vacation!

We had a wonderful time in Baron Palms Resort, excellent service, beautiful property and wonderful beach. Breakfast is amazing, lunch is good and dinner has great options but the food was not hot enough. Will definitely return! Make sure to get massage!
