"The hotel is not suitable for families with children but rather caters to an adult audience. The service level was poor and the staff were unprofessional. At check-in the reception tried to charge us extra, fictitious costs. These experiences led to a very negative stay. We strongly advise against booking this hotel if you are travelling with children. "We stayed for a week in one of the rooms looking over the Red Sea in the Posh Club. The room was spotless and spacious. The staff were fantastic in every respect. We enjoyed all of the restaurants. The transfers to and from the airport were flawless. The laundry service was outstanding. We definitely would love to come back. Thanks to Hanna, Hassan and many others who made the stay special.
