"No information on website that all rooms are not wheelchair accessible and have STAIRS! We have big luggages so need to solve problems of getting on stairs.
No staff at the place and no CCTV in risk zones, that i wonder it is quite dangerous in case other guests does not lock the house, or have intention to do crime to other guests who share the same house.
Good points are free self-service laundry and dryer, the classic ancient style of Japanese house sharing 4-5 rooms of stay.

"Nestled up on the way to Mt Minobu, it's close to Kuonji Temple and the Ropeway, which you can reach on foot (though there is a bit of an incline.)
The hosts were friendly and the room was exceptionally modern whilst set in a more traditional guesthouse building.
Meals were also a highlight as they were well balanced and delicious. "
"The staff were very kind at this location. I did not mind removing our shoes before entering the guest floors since it kept things extermely sanitary. Breakfast was never overcrowed. City Hall is across the street and if it isn't cloudy, you'll get a great view of the mountain. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "
"Far away from Shibuya, we traveled over 3 hours via public transportation to get here. We arrived at night, and it was a nice adventure with family. My family really enjoyed the stay as it was immersive. There was a lot of detail to dinner and breakfast. We only stayed for 1 night for the morning prayer, which was an experience in itself. I enjoyed the long staircase which I didn’t get the chance to run up and be sore for the whole trip. There’s a lot to do here in terms of activity, and the...
"Kuretake Inn Fujisan was a nice spot to stay in and had a lot to offer. There were nice spa facilities, plenty of amenities (even manga to read), and a lovely breakfast every morning. The rooms were kept tidy and the staff were very helpful and kind. I would stay again."
"Restaurant options great around the hotel but thats about it. Limited public transport. One side if the hotel faces Mt Fuji so make sure you ask for rooms facing that side!"
"The hotel is located in a walkable distance from Fuji JR station (8-10mins). The room is spacious which has two double beds and a small dining table. Washroom is bright and spacious too. It is very clean. The staff there are nice and very helpful. We are so satisfied with the stay as it is exceed our expectation with an economic price. "
"A stunning view of Fuji mountain from room & restaurant windows. Prepared extra beds for us because we stayed 3 people. A lady staff who helped us to carry luggages from a car and to a car. A very delicious Italian restaurant in the hotel area. "
