"We had an incredible experience at The Sense Fuji from start to finish. The staff met us at the train station with cold water and lavender-scented oshibori towels in the shuttle, setting the tone for a thoughtful and relaxing stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted with drinks and even got to roast marshmallows—such a fun touch! Our room was completely private with a stunning view of Mt. Fuji. The private dinners and breakfasts were absolutely exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to...
"We enjoyed our stay here !
The dome rooms were super cool! I took really nice photos here and was able to put together a nice video and received many good feedback!
Weather was clear that day so we had a clear view of Fuji from our room! Staff was nice !
Just wish the breakfast was better !"
"ที่พักสะอาดและบริการดี อาการเช้าดีเยี่ยม มีบริการรถ shuttle bus ระหว่างโรงแรมไป kawaguchiko station ด้านหลังโรงแรมติด kawaguchiko lake ด้วย ให้ความเป็นส่วนตัวสูงดี"
"A basic inn, but staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful and our mountain view rooms were spectacular. A bit of a distance from the station, but worth it to be so close to Fuji. Walk to many restaurants."
"We stayed 2 nights in a special queen room with a balcony and view of Fujisan. We were on the 3rd of 4 floors. We did a 1 day climb of Mt. Fuji and this room was our home base. We were able to walk about 18 minutes to and from Kawaguchiko Station to catch the Fujikyu bus for 5th Station of the Yoshida trail easily. It is a downhill walk to the station. A little harder to walk back from the station after climbing Fuji but very doable. Taxis are plentiful at the station if you rrally need one....
"A stunning view of Fuji mountain from room & restaurant windows. Prepared extra beds for us because we stayed 3 people. A lady staff who helped us to carry luggages from a car and to a car. A very delicious Italian restaurant in the hotel area. "
"It’s a very nice, Japanese style hotel. We had plenty of space (unlike other Japanese hotels). The hotel has a decent onsen as well. They also provide Japanese breakfast (ok, mot great) and Keiseki dinner. Very close to the lake, yet a bit far from the crowds of tourists. Not many dining options around (we ended up with take-out ine night). Overall, a nice and convenient hotel."
