Clean bunk bed room, but very small for two adults. The bathroom is very small with an easily choked and flooded bathtub shower. Convenient location in Gotemba. Close to 7-11 and McDonald. Good staff service. Barre basic hotel overall in all areas that has an average breakfast package. No free parking is the problem because you don't come here to visit the farms, natural beauty and landscapes by train, do you? If you drive, you pay for carpark lot about 5 minutes away around the hotel. If you take train, it is located beside a train station.

Wow, this was an amazing hotel. Seems like everything is catered to each individual guests’ preferences. There are different kinds of pillows you can select that vary by softness and shape, as well as pajama size and toiletries. There was also two types of sake and plum wine for drinks in the lobby. I had an excellent experience at this property. The staff is very helpful and accommodating since I do not speak Japanese. My room had everything that I needed and the hotel provides toiletries if you forgot anything. This hotel is very close to the train station, which is very convenient. The only downside is buildings and areas around the hotel are mostly vacant or old. But overall, I would recommend this property to anyone tired of spending lots of money on hotels in the bigger cities.

I really like this chain. The rooms are small, especially the bathroom, but everything is clean, well thought out, and reliable. I love the little touches like the pillow selection, the welcome bar with free drinks, and the friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast is simple — rice, fish, miso soup, and a few other options — but that’s exactly what you need at this kind of hotel. It’s on the opposite side of the tracks from most of the nightlife, but still just a short walk through the station. A great choice for a comfortable night’s stay.

This hotel was very sketchy to me, the outside and when you walk in looks all modern and nice but once I got to my room all I can smell was mold… or just something wet which in my opinion I thought it was mold. Certain areas like the windows and restrooms weren’t very clean. But this was a very affordable hotel for me. I was able to book for just a few days to visit Fuji. However I would definitely recommend booking somewhere closer to Fuji. I was very lucky to have the train station there, next to the hotel. But sadly I felt like other nice places where apart form where I was staying. Staff was SUPER nice if anything I’d book again just for them and the free bar that is included lol.

비추에요.

세상에서 가장 작은 화장실을 본 느낌. 방에 들어가자마자 나는 이상한 냄새...흡연룸을 금연룸으로 만든지 얼마 안된 느낌. 청소도 그닥...침대시트에서 머리카락 나옴. 호텔 상태가 별로인데 가격은 또 저렴하지도 않음. 장점은 위치와 직원들의 친절도가 다 인듯.
