Hotel has a nice view of mt fuji. Area is quiet and serene with lots of eateries. The only cons is bathroom and WC is separated so abit inconvenience.

Great amenities for the money

The hotel is very conveniently located next to the train station and bus terminal. The bathrooms aren’t the most comfortable on the world and you still need a physical key so you ah e to carry that around but the hotel does offer free breakfasts which was great and they clean the rooms every day! I’d stay there again

Location is very close to the station and just infant of taxi and bus station. Room is very small, but if you are lucky, you can have a room with view to Mount Fuji

The room was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and professional. The only negative experiences we had were with the slow wifi and the bad TV. We had to mess around a bunch with the wiring to get the TV to turn on but after that it worked well. Great stay overall.

Probably your best option if you arrive by train. It is just across the street. It's more modern than Fujinomiya Green, small standard Tokyo size room. My first choice when I arrive in this area.

If you have a room with a view of Mt. Fuji, this is a hotel where everything is forgiven. Since the hotel facilities are old, all the facilities are old. That is the only flaw. However, if you can see Mt. Fuji from your bedroom, everything is forgiven.

It was a okay stay, our toilet seat kept on detaching from the toilet. Our window kept fogging up to the point that it looked like it had rained inside the room. And they couldn’t ship our luggage because it was too big(had other places ship it with ease). And the if someone talked in the hall, it sounded like someone was right outside our door.

室内は清潔でしたが、コンセントの配置がACアダプタに対応していませんでした。ところどころ使い勝手の悪い印象でした。 | スタッフは特に干渉もなく居心地はよかったです。 | 朝食はお寂しいもので既にさらに盛られビュッフェスタイルといったものとは一線を画するものでした。 | 冷暖房は、喫煙部屋だったせいでスイッチを入れると室内がタバコ臭くなり息苦しくなりました。脱臭サービスや芳香剤で禁煙者にも気の休まるサービスの提供がいただければと思いました。

The breakfast choices were to suit many nationalities, if you’re looking for a full English or continental then you may be disappointed but it is sufficient to start your day and the food was fresh and all fresh food was individually wrapped also don’t forget it is a free breakfast!! The staff are very helpful and polite, the rooms are compact but have the necessary facilities. Location for walking and public transport is excellent.

アクセスとても良いです。駅のロータリーそばだし、となりにタクシー会社さんがあります。 建物自体は古そうですが、ロビー、廊下、エレベータ、客室とも明るくおしゃれな内装。 空室の都合で喫煙室でしたが壁紙は白く、室内はすこしタバコのにおいするもののベッドやリネンは清潔で快適でした（非喫煙者です）。ツインルーム利用でしたがミニテーブルと椅子もあり、わりとゆったり。 唯一残念だったのはバスの排水が詰まり気味だったようで、溢れはしないもののなかなか流れおちずちょっと気持ち悪かったです。でもフロントのかたは一所懸命対応しよう（状況が状況なのでどうしようもなかったですが）としてくれたのでそれは好印象でしたし、フロントでのチェックイン、アウトもとてもスムーズでした。

朝食ブッフェの対応とか、スタッフさんの対応は大変良かったと思います。少し壁が薄いのか？左右のイビキが気になって、1時間ごとに目が覚めてしまいました。バスルームか少しカビくさい？何かにおいがしました。が、金額的には、こんなものじゃないでしょうか。
