Quite pleasant stay with a view of Fuji Mountain right from the window. The hotel has shuttle bus to send the guests to the bus station.

Lovely stay

Very friendly and helpful staff. Luggage storage available. Breakfast was lovely, choice of Japanese or western breakfast with tea/coffee/juice. Roof top terrace had the best views of Fuji!

We stayed here after driving to see Mt. Fuji, it was a delightful and friendly hotel. We had the family room with tatami and enough room for the 4 of us, not cramped for a typical Japanese hotel. The breakfast could have been better, it was pretty much a set menu--Japanese-style or Western-style of sandwich which I didn't care for. They had parking lot for our car so it was convenient. Staff was friendly and gave out souvenir keychain and snacks after we checked in. Close to local restaurants and the lake. Highly recommend!!

Great hotel

A lovely hotel. Room was a great size for a family of four. Lots of lovely little extras available. My daughter loved the skin care products. Great views of Mount Fuji from the room and roof top terrace. Short walk to the lake.

Surprisingly great stay

Such a cozy, clean and comfortable hotel. Great location, and comfortable beds. Even the wooden tables have both AC and USB charging facility. Great attention to details! Breakfast was simple but delicious. Kids enjoyed Japanese style set everyday. Patio has a marvelous view of the mountain. We even Star gazed at night.

Good base for a visit to Mt Fuji. Train station only as short walk away and hotel provides a shuttle service when you have baggage. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Amazing staff members, when we arrived it was raining, the ladies helped us carry our luggage from the bus station to the hotel. We were cold and the ladies serves us hot tea, made us feel very welcomed, thank you so much!
