"Check in was difficult. It took a long time to find our reservation. The room was described accurately, but we would reserve a different room in the future. A full size bed is sufficient for me and my husband to sleep in, but the room was too small for two people and two suitcases. That said, the room was perfectly clean, great amenities, bathroom was fine."

They gave us a beautiful room with a view of the sky tree tower to celebrate a special occasion, and were extremely helpful when I temporarily misplaced our passports and lost my glasses! "We stayed in an executive room, and everything about our stay was amazing. The staff from the start to carry your bags for you as soon as you walk through the door, to checking out, we felt like we were honored guests. The breakfast and cocktail hour was great, which comes with the room if you get the executive rooms. This place was amazing. "

"The location is great I’d think no other hotels with such a reasonable price could compete with Tobu Hotel. One other surprise is there is a symphony hall next to the hotel. Music lovers will enjoy it as well."

"Luggage storage is a big problem, they only accommodate luggage storage on check out date, if you make side trip to other area near Tokyo but didn’t want to tag along all luggage, you have to arrange yourself and they don’t offer any help. It took me off guard as I expected I can store my big luggage at hotel while I make a two days short trip to Mt. Fuji. I ended up need to take all my luggage with me since the storage place near hotel won’t be open for service until 9:30 which is quite impossible to use if you take an early bus or train."
