Clean room with view of Skytree. Front desk on the 2nd floor had body loofah, face wash, toothbrush/toothpaste, lotion, etc.available for guests. Staff was very helpful with our luggage transfer to Osaka. For us, the air con was a nice addition. Hotel had washers and dryers which we were able to use. Supermarket located across the hotel was convenient for late night food cravings. Sushi Kura restaurant which can be accessed thru hotel had really good food. We highly recommend Keisei Richmond Hotel Tokyo Oshiage.
