The staff was super helpful and welcoming, my mother lost her phone and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we got it back. The breakfast buffet along with the view was a surreal experience, definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in my entire life.

Room was great and fairly spacious! The view of the sky tree was amazing! It was so clean in the hotel and the staff were so polite. The location of the hotel is 10/10, close to the station and everything else.

Staffs are very welcoming and courteous. Great view of Tokyo Skytree and Senso-ji while enjoying the excellent breakfast buffet. Air condition of the room is very quiet. We stayed at this hotel 3 years ago, very glad to be back again!
