Extremely clean. Helpful and hospitable staff who were very responsive to all my emails and inquiries before arriving. They also have 24/7 front desk in case you arrive late or need anything late at night. Laundry (can use credit card) on site. Roof terrace access with nice views of sensoji. I loved my stay at this hotel and would recommend to anyone. I will definitely be back if I’m ever in Tokyo again.

I stayed here for 15 nights and it was great. The rooms are on the smaller side but that was fine for me. It had a bed, bathroom and a shower that is all that I ask for . Was close enough to public transportation. Also has laundry as well so you don't need to pack a lot of clothes. All in all great value and place to go for your next Tokyo trip

Met the expectations as described. I’d stay again. Obviously not the propertie’s fault, but the rain hindered us from utilizing the rooftop. However it was still cool to get a quick sight from up there. Def would recommend when the weather is good. But the location is great and convenient.

We loved this hotel. We rented 2 rooms for 2 families. They were very clean, AC was fabulous, a bit small but that's most hotels in Tokyo. The rooms provided toiletries, slippers, and clean towels. We would definitely come back. We also paid extra for breakfast - a few set options daily. Also, the rooftop has incredible views of the city.
