"Very central, 20min walk to Kumamoto Castle, 1min walk from closest tramway station. Right in the covered pedestrian walk area. Rooms are well equipped very clean. Huge onsen indoor and outdoor, breakfast is absolutely wonderful, tasty with plenty of options."

"Located is great, rooms are clean and nice size.. But rooms are loud.. if anyone is above you, you can hear them distinctly. Had to call down multiple times.. kids jumping, stomping.. it echoed loudly.. during the day was fine but by night it was annoying.. "

"Great location - close to the main shopping arcade. Rooms were clean and decent size. Staff were great. The public onsen was nice but smaller for the size of the hotel. Unfortunately, due to the lack of consideration for other guests from parents, there was an intolerable amount of noisy children who were treating the onsen as a swimming pool. "
