"I stayed at this hotel in Tokyo and would give it a solid 4 stars. The rooms are on the smaller side, which is pretty typical for Tokyo, but they were clean, cozy, and comfortable. That said, they can feel quite tight if you have large luggage. Thankfully, there is a luggage storage area near reception, which is very helpful. One thing to note is that amenities like toothbrushes, razors, and other essentials are self-serve at the reception area rather than provided in the room. There’s also no bottled water in the room—instead, there’s a jug you can use to fill up water from another floor. It definitely has more of a “do-it-yourself” style setup. That said, the staff were very kind and helpful, which made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re okay with a more self-service experience and want a comfortable place to stay in the city."

"The breakfast selection was outstanding! A perfect combination of typical Japanese breakfast options along with Western alternatives for those who need that. The rooms and bathroom are SMALL, but that's to be expected in Tokyo. The front desk staff speak very little English, which they have solved with technology via automated check-in kiosks. Express check-out by just dropping your keycard in a slot is every convenient. "

The room is just right for travelers to get by, Lawson, restaurant and train station are very close by to the hotel, staff was friendly, unfortunately, we were not able to try the restaurant, we leave very early and we come home late restaurant not available then. It is a must try hotel. "
