"Beautiful luxury hotel. The room was spacious for our family of 4. The hotel is a very large property with a Lawsons and bowling alley inside. There is an onsen and gym but the onsen incurred a fee to use it and the gym didn’t allow anyone under 20 yrs old. Breakfast that was included consisted of 3 different restaurants to choose from. We only tried the American ones but they still included Japanese options. Be aware that the Sky Bar has gorgeous views of the Tokyo Tower but drinks are crazy expensive. We just sat at the bar which was free but they charge you a fee for seating near the window or at a sofa lounge. Location was decent and near a subway station entrance. We would stay here again. "

"Great location near shinagawa station, construction around the area makes you detour walking around a bit especially if you’re lugging around suitcases / strollers. Beautiful garden attached to the hotel and the tower view rooms are incredible. "

"Good location close to Shinagawa train station, and good-sized rooms. Some areas can use some updating though, but great for a short stay!"

"Clean room, friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is very good. Room is small by western standards, but the bed/pillows was very comfy. Bathroom size is adequate, at over 186 cm tall, I fit ok. Two train stations outside your door. Shinagawa station is a short walk away"
