Staff are very accommodating and professional. Wish the hotel would go through a major renovation soon especially leaky showers and stained carpets"

"This hotel is not in Myeongdong which I liked. It is about 1km walk away from busy shopping area but very close to public transport and has many eating options nearby. The hotel suite was clean and spacious for central Seoul with washing machine and dryer. It has kitchen facilities but only had two plates and two forks. Overall excellent place to stay, and I would happily come back here"
