The process requires individually scanning each guest’s passport and typing in guest names and address for each room, so for my group of 5 guests (2 rooms), it’s a lot of work compared to typical check-in process where you just gather 5 passports and handing over to check-in staff. Other than this check in process, everything else was great. It is very conveniently located,...

"If you cannot find hotel in center of Tokyo, here is the good choice. Even it’s west of Tokyo, here is close to JR Tachikawa. Very convenient to get train station and take 30-40 mins to Shinjuku and Tokyo Station. Room is very clean and comfortable. Facility is enough unless no shower cap. Space is ok. Not too small. Only one thing need to improve is English skill for staffs ."

"Clean and comfortable. Size is quite larger than standard business hotel in Japan. Hotel guest can use public bath near the hotel free of charge. Breatfast is good and variety."
