Staff were very friendly and helpful. Basically an apartment, with a hob to cook on, a washing machine, just amazing. I can praise highly enough. "The room was meticulously clean. The television screen was a large HD TV that you can use your device to mirror to. BBC is the only English Channel. Rooms are small, but extremely affordable. Beds are very comfortable and pillows are awesome. Fridge in the room. Kettle as well. We stayed in Osaka and used the hotel as a spoke. Subway and train station are within 100 feet. It is a very well maintained and professionally operated hotel. But the rooms are small! Totally worth the price."
