A swanky hotel in the heart of Sapporo. The bed and room are clean and comfy, and they have a café for guests if you're looking for some light dinner or drinks. A fantastic location for the hotel too, with a Donquijote right across the street, malls just steps away, and a short walk to Susukino for some eats and drinks.

The stay was excellent. Everything was excellent, including the staff's attitude and cleanliness. The location is excellent, making shopping very convenient. The gold coins you receive allow you to enjoy a drink or a late-night snack at the bar, which was a very pleasant atmosphere. The only problem was that the breakfast was not very appealing. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Hokkaido. Very good hotel.

Convenient location for shopping and dining as the hotel is on the main shopping street and accessible via the underground mall (Pole town). Easy access to Susukino and Odori stations and to the streetcar. Bus options are available and there is a taxi stand across the road too. Walkable to attractions in the city such as Nijo market, Odori Park, Sapporo clock tower, and Sapporo TV tower. Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Guests were also given 3 Knot coins per guest per day and you can use it to redeem drinks, snacks and dessert at the restaurant at level 2.

Great hotel

Had a lovely time in The Knot for our first time in Sapporo. Location is really good. Everything is just doenstairs and walking distance. Loved the coins during our stay which we were able to exchange for free meals. My husband was able to try japanese whiskey with the coins.

Good hotel in a great location

I would stay at the Knot again purely based on its location overlooking Susukino. It's easy to access from Pole Town in winter and the rooms are modern and clean, although ours was a bit small.
