Great family stay during the Sapporo Snow Festival. Staff was friendly and very helpful with any requests. Great selection of complimentary teas and toiletries for guests located in the lobby area. Would definitely recommend!

We had a very enjoyable experience at Sapporo Hotel by Granbell. The breakfast was incredible! The room was spacious, very clean. The lounge was very tranquil with a great view of the city! I will definitely stay there again!

One of the best in-hotel sauna and public bath I have ever been. The Family mart located at the lobby with indoor entrance is great for midnight snack. About 10min walk to Sapporo station is quite troublesome in winter, especially when there are snowfalls. Only three washing machine available for the whole building is a pain in the ass. In general, the hotel is decent and worth its price

Everything from the hotel was great! Staff aided me in all requests including changing the shower curtain when I told them there was a smell coming from it. Hotel is super crowded and the only bad points were from the guests.

The hotel itself was nice, but the staff at the desk didn't feel warm and inviting. I also found the trash and the undergarments of the previous guests under my bed—gross! The location was nice, and the buffet was good. The highlight of my stay was the cashier at the Family Mart below. That man never failed to make me smile with his bubbly personality!

The view from the room was stunning and the onsen was the best me and my husband have been to in Japan that’s included with the hotel stay. Very spacious and at night had a nice dark serene feel

The bath was quite nice at 25th floor with nice view. 3 different temperature bath with sauna and steam room. To enhance the steam room some aroma such as eucalyptus may be nice. (Just a suggestion) Room was comfortable and clean. Everything was still new. But the location was a bit away from the shopping. If not snowing, it would be close from the station. But if it snows it is difficult to walk there with suitcases.

I booked a corner suite on a high floor, the view was nice, clean and spacious. There is plenty of areas to plug in charging receptacles. The front terrace of the hotel was well kept there was no snow despite heavy snowfall. Amenities were in the front desk which included a wide variety of teas, a 5 step facial cleaner, razor for shaving, and hair ties. Breakfast is buffet style with a wide variety of food options which I found to be the highlight of the hotel. Bathroom is very nice and spacious although one problem I ran in to was the water in the shower would run hot then turn luke warm and back to hot. Minor inconvenience. Maybe a bit of walk from the station in the snow. Overall a good option of hotel to stay in Sapporo.

They are so many rooms/guests but there are only 3 washing machines. Lack of rules for use have people putting their laundry on top of the machine to hold the machine even though they are not in the laundry room creating potential conflict between guests. The staff were nice, friendly and helpful. Location is convenient, only few minutes to Sapporo station.
