Clean room, very good service, delicious breakfast.
I didn't have a car. So I don't know about the parking situation. The place is great for shopping. There is a lot of restaurants nearby and shopping center. The room is very clean and staff is very kind.
One of the best I stayed in Japan, walkable to many restaurants especially the famous ramen dishes, few meters away from convenient and department stores like Don Quijote. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my peers
Staff is helpful when asking for information like where to get money exchange, haircut and so forth.
The bathroom is clean and good shampoo. Really like the Japanese style bath tub, much more deeper than Western style.
Staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Numata and other male staff (from Kanagawa). Their customer service was more than excellent.

Busy location. Modern aesthetics but tight room.
Modern aesthetics. Central location. Busy part of city. Rooms were tight. Bathroom was modular type. Unfortunately no safe box for valuables. Nice sufficient variety at the breakfast buffet.
Very convenient area with many options for transportation, dining, and shopping. However not sure if its a culture issue, but despite having housekeeping, my bed was never made during my 3 day stay (even though they left the clean robes on top of my sheets). But overall a positive experience..
This is a great place to stay, right in the middle of Susukino. Places to eat all around. Convenience stores as well, e.g. lots of Lawsons.
Rooms very clean (as expected in Japanese hotels). Our family of four (young adult children) got two rooms, one for each gender.
Parking is in a vertical tower at the back of the hotel. You stick your car in, and it disappears somewhere. THe hotel staff come out to get it in or out. Our stay was in winter, so it was nice to not have to worry about the snow covering our rental car.
Breakfast is great, 4.5 out of 5 stars.
