We booked 5 rooms and we had a nice stay. The hotel has a lounge where we can meet up in the evening. The lounge is the breakfast area in the morning if you booked with breakfast.

Very nice hotel

I was really impressed by Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo. Check-in was fast and friendly, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The location is good too, only a short walk from Sapporo Station.

Holiday in Hokkaido

I enjoyed very much staying in the hotel. The room size was good, location was convenient and breakfast was good. I stayed there for 5 nights and really enjoyed the onsen provided.

The property is overall spacious and clean. However, my advice to travellers who will use the coin laundry machines in the hotel is that you have to plan way in advance to secure a washing machine. There are only two washing machines in this hotel, one on 6/F and another one on 12/F, for all hotel guests… I did my laundry and the machine dried my clothes for an hour but it was still not even half dried.

Hôtel de grande classe internationale.L’accueil est chaleureux et efficace.La chambre était spacieuse et fort bien décorée.Le personnel consciencieux et sympathique.Le déjeuner se prend dans une pièce bien éclairée alors que les choix au buffet s’avèrent savoureux.J’y retournerais sans hésiter.On se sent vraiment bien à cet endroit.

午前中早い時間に到着して荷物を預けさせてもらいましたらチェックイン時には部屋まで運んでいてくれ助かりました。部屋も普通に綺麗、大浴場も使い易い。近々に一時閉館改修みたいです。六花亭本店はす向かい、駅からは地下通路直結ではないですがすぐです。スタッフさんも丁寧です。宅急便を出してもらう際に大きな袋しかなかったのでもう少しバリエーションあると良かったです。
