Everything was great, but my mother-in-law had an allergy to dust, and she kept coughing, which meant that the room was not clean enough. However, if you do not have those levels of sensitivity, the room will be clean enough. Staff members, especially at the front desk, were really kind and helpful. I like the location of the hotel. We can walk to the shopping center without going outside.

Great location. At the JR station so very convenient. Staff was amazing and very helpful during our entire stay. Spa had many different temperature onsens and a good sauna room. Definitely spend some time getting to know your way around the JR station because it can be quite a maze. From the hotel, take the parking elevator to the 6th floor for dining floor. Lots of restaurant options! Airport shuttle bus is across the street from the hotel, take exit #3, walk up the stairs and then make a left for airport shuttle bus. Rapid airport train is on the JR platform, buy ticket at the ticket office (1400 yen) and enter the gates across from the ticket office. There are elevators and escalators to the train platform. Trains every 7-15 mins.
