I had no complaints with the property. Staff were helpful, room was satisfactory, sauna was great, simple breakfast was good. Price was very reasonable.I was surprised that no one in the hotel spoke a word of English but maybe that is an unrealistic expectation on my part.

Excellent near subway

Excellent super clean hotel close to the subway HosuiSusukino station, exit 6 has elevator. Room was large for Japanese business hotel. Cleaning not everyday but they leave a towel bag everyday. Sauna was nice. Laundry has 3 wash and dry machines. Wifi is pretty fast. Overall the price value is great would come again.

Good location, only few minutes walk from hoisuen Susukino station exit6. Would have been good if there is a spa in the sauna.but over all is good place to stay. Not sure how much is the rate during non snow festival season.

Highly recommended, great service.

Great customer service. Flight was delayed three hours getting into Sapporo and the staff was still there to greet me so long after my expected arrival. Good facilities, very clean, still smells brand new.

Walking distance to the main shopping area of Susukino while far away enough that it is quiet and unaffected by the nightlife and noise. Close to the subway station with a lift which makes travelling with luggage easy as well. Room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities. As a bonus, there's a special butashiru supper service in the cafe at night, very delicious to have before turning in for the night. Will definitely stay again if I visit Sapporo in the future. お世話になりました。
