The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was right next to Nakajima park (lovely) and only about 25-35 min walk to Susukino/Odori. The breakfast buffet was fine and the room was perfectly fine, too and at a reasonable price to boot. We were very happy we decided to stay here.

Hotel staff are very accommodating. Room is good. Walking distance to the train station. Though a bit far from the food places but it’s all good coz you can always get in the train which is only 5/6 mins. If you like walking you can as well through the park it’s pretty nice.

The hotel is located right across the street from Nakajima Park in full Sakura blossom during our stay. It as a pleasant walking from/to the subway station. Nice, clean place with hospitable staff.

All were good. Room is very spacious for our family of 4. Only item to add is wall hooks or bath towel hanger. There isn't a single hook, rail nor hanger for our bath towel except the door hamgld at the shower room which is only enough for 1 towel
