Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

全体的な印象

部屋は全体的にクリーニングされておらず、 床に埃溜まりがあったり、トイレ便座には排泄物が付いたままだったりで非常に残念な宿泊でした。ゲストを招く用意をキチッとして欲しいです。
