"We loved our stay here. From getting to try traditional Japanese cuisine, to relaxing in the onsen, this stay was so peaceful and rejuvinating.
The staff were incredible."
"Room was spacious and the bed was comfy. Loved the River and Mountain View’s. The nature close by so nice! Lots of shops and restaurants to enjoy. Very walkable area. The bikes for guests was a great added amenity!"
"This place was a nice retreat for me after spending the majority of the past two weeks in Tokyo and Osaka. It is right next to the train station and a short walk to the sights in Arashiyama. The onsen facilities were very nice."
"Kenji was a very nice host and his "guest house English" speaking was wonderful!! They are great people dedicated to their jobs and it makes me want to visit Kyoto again."

We had 3 hours until dinner so we enjoyed the private onsen nestled in the forest overlooking the forest. For ¥4000 ($27) this...
"Excelente. Como extranjeros, fue vivir una auténtica experiencia japonesa. Super amables y un desayuno delicioso. Está un poco retirado de los lugares turísticos pero vale totalmente la pena. El cuarto es muy espacioso y sientes mucha paz. "
