"Mucho rollo del administrador ara darme la habitación que aparte se equivocó y me dió otra habitación. Localizar el hotel es toda una locura, no tiene señalización y las app no lo ubican bien "

"Se destaca por su excelente ubicación, a 2 cuadras de la catedral, el cuarto muy limpio y cómodo. Para las altas temperaturas que puede llegar a tener San Miguel, creo que podrían añadir algún aire acondicionado portátil. Tomen sus precauciones si llevan coche,  Nosotros no nos percatamos de que no tenían estacionamiento; afortunadamente conseguimos estacionarnos en una calle. "

"Todo bien, solo estaría bien que consideraran colocar Minisplits ya que no cuenta con clima y la habitación se sofoca. Y el valet si mal servicio nos dejaron esperando una hora cuando nos dijeron que en 30min. Y no hay donde esperar tuvimos que irnos lejos y era de madrugada y todavía nos cobraron."

"The Orchid House is a beautiful hotel and the staff are all excellent! Iwe had a lovely three days there and just had a small issue with the shower water pressure. It was minor issue though. Would highly recommend and Faviola makes a great breakfast. The grounds are beautiful too. Loved it there."

"House was in excellent condition way better than the photos showed. Kitchen had coffee and water for us when we arrived which was very helpful. Also the pool was heated and had beautiful trees around the pool area. All the bathrooms were modern with all the amenities. Best thing we like the have transportation provided by a van for the community that takes you anywhere for free. "

"Amazing location! We have a perfect weekend. It is newly renovated, the kitchen is fully stocked and the amenities are the ones listed here. Everything was sparkling clean, the beds and pillows super comfy and the communication was smooth and easy. We would love to come back! "

"The courtyard looks nice and in safe neighborhood. But the bathroom sink was not vented correctly and every time the toilet was flushed, toxic sewer gases came up through the sink drain. We only discovered this when we returned to hotel in the evening after dinner. I had to tear a piece of the plastic trash liner to cover the drain while not using the sink. Mattress was only slightly softer than the tile floor. And only one outlet in the bedroom, behind the headboard and very hard to reach for...

"Excelente trato, nos recibieron con nuestra perrita la cual está educada y no tuvimos problemas, la atención por el personal fué inmejorable, la habitación y las instalaciones limpias, no es un hotel de cinco estrellas pero cubren perfectamente las necesidades de una familia con o sin mascota, claro que regresaremos."

"Llegamos y al tocar el timbre no nos abrieron, llamamos al número que aparece en la información sobre el hotel y estaba equivocado. Esperamos afuera tocando y tratando de buscar un número alternativo para comunicarnos por más de 30 min hasta que nos rendimos y nos fuimos a buscar otro hotel. "

"Tarde 2 hrs en localizarlo no hay personal suficiente me desperté tarde y no me hicieron la limpieza ese día ni siquiera sacaron la basura"
