The staff were very friendly, particularly Tomas. We also had a great conversation with Adriana while having breakfast in the kitchen. The place is very comfortable and quiet. It was great for our weekend gateway.

The room was very clean and elegant with beautiful high ceilings with beams. The staff went out of their way to make everything work.for us. My husband missed the breakfast and they made a tray for him.

The roof deck was very nice. Amazing views of the center of town. The location of he hotel was great since it was a very short walk to town but enough away that you might not have walked near this scenic street. Th staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

What a gorgeous property. From the minute we arrived, the service was spectacular. The property was about 10 mins from the center of town. Walking distance to all of the restaurants, bars & shopping. This city is a must see & the Mansion made the trip perfect.

This place is a hiddden jem. Incredible staff and location was perfect. Pillows and sheets were extra comfy. Room and accommodations were perfect. Quite and enough away from centro to overlook the town. Just perfect.

Beautiful property, a little hard to find because some of the streets were closed. The front desk guy I believe his name was Sergio, was amazing. He walked out to look for us because we were having trouble. Hotel is small but absolutely beautiful. It felt so clean, and comfortable. 10/10 recommend!

Beautiful hotel.

Hacienda feel with lush center courtyard. There are several steps to get up to the rooms and no elevator. Mentioned in case that is an issue. Our room was very comfortable. Clean sheets and bathroom. Good size room with wardrobe, chair and comfortable bed. Breakfast can be taken inside or out. Yogurt, granola, bread and fruit are included. Any type of eggs with beans and bacon can be ordered at an additional charge. The top of the hotel has a tremendous view of the city including the cathedral. There are several seating areas including a hot tub. We used the hot every night and enjoyed the night view of the city. The hotel is at the top of a very steep hill. Going down was fine but up was some work. After dinner we took an Uber each time.

One of the best vacations that I had. The hotel is beautiful and the people was great. Nice breakfast. Peaceful and friendly environment. The manager Jorge was aware that I traveled safe from and to Querétaro airport. Highlight recommend it.
