Paula, the manager, was especially helpful with everything and communicated promptly with me when I had any questions, even outside normal business hours. Thank you Paula! "Visitors must be aware of the steep, difficult climb from the main road. Fit folx in their 20s and 30s won't be too fussed, but we're pretty fit for our 50s and it was a real effort. Handrails leading up to the yurts would make an excellent safety addition. We stayed in the top yurt (#4) and the views are tremendous and worth the big climb. We requested breakfast delivery in the am and it arrived on time! Delicious. Recommend this relatively new destination!"

"Highly do not recommend. The address is not correct. It took us up some stairs in a barrio where the location was not at. The pictures do not seem real based on where we stayed We had to go down a back alley which was dirty and sketchy. The room was not the same as the pictures even though we booked a delux room It was very loud from the club next door The owner sat us down to chit chat for 30 mins instead of letting us unwind on our honeymoon We booked because we thought it was a hotel but it’s clearly not a hotel There is no sign, no reception, no hotel lobby, it feels like I’m at the owners frat house which is not the depiction I got from the Expedia ad and pictures This building is unfinished building upstairs was still needed a lot of work. It felt more like a jail there is no windows in the room. This is unprofessional business owners must be held responsible of their wrong doing. Ripping people off showing them a place taking them to unfinished projects which is completely not what we paid for."
