"We were going back and forth between a few different properties and we are so glad we ended up going with this one!!! The staff was amazing and attentive (especially Hamid and Kevin), the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible, the bedding was great, and the grounds made you feel like you were on a retreat. We loved the intimate feel and getting to know the staff. We were sad to leave but look forward to the opportunity to return!"

"It’s a great place. We had fun times. Breakfast is awesome. The room are spacious. It has all individual type room so it makes it more cozy. There is a huge shower and separate bathroom so the family can speed up. It also had a king large bed. The place itself had a good out of trees and at the night they had a good lighting. It makes made it very special. We also did a spa and had a great time."

"The room was immaculate, boasting a fantastic balcony with a view of the volcano. The balcony featured a glass side wall and a privacy curtain, also keeping the rain out. While the bathroom was a bit dated, it was clean and included a European bidet. The property itself was truly five-star: well-designed and meticulously maintained. "Everything was perfect , friendly staff , Carlos was very good giving us instructions , we loved the hot springs and the food was yummy in the restaurant in the pool ,from our room 124 we had a nice view to the volcano also have a extra jacussi with the volcano view , we would love to go back "
