Hilton San Francisco Union Square
"Bar staff-Alnar and Davie were very pleasant and helpful. Female bartenders had very poor attitudes. Mei Lo at the deli was so sweet and helpful. The rugs on our floor, the 11th, were filthy. The windows on the rooftop bar were so dirty, which detracted from the stellar views."

"It was a very nice property and the staff was amazing. The only issue I had was the website stated it was pet friendly and had a place for the pets. However that is not the case. There was no place for me to take my dog. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay."
