"Rooms were clean, hotel staff very helpful.
Rooms however are very dated abd need upgrading. Simple things in bathrooms like new tap fittings will make a huge difference.
Also the smallest beds and pillows ever seen un a 4-5 star hotel. And why only one pillow per person???
Location very good and convenient to train and many local shops.
Breakfast buffet quite basic and nothing special in range of food especially for westerners.

"サイトとの連携がうまく取れていなかったものの、スタッフの方が早急に対応してくださり、快適に滞在する事が出来ました。シャワーブースに広さはありませんが、シャンプー等にこだわりが感じられました。
古民家感のある室内で、天井も高く、畳のためとても過ごしやすかったです。
朝食は洋食をお願いしましたが、こちらもカフェらしい一工夫があり、美味しくいただきました。
普段はホテルを良く利用しますが、こういった趣の滞在も、精神的にゆっくりでき良いものだなと感じました。
次回も堺に訪れる際には滞在したいと思います。

"Convenient location near the train station, less than a 5 minute walk. Hotel has a lot of amenities and appears to be fairly clean. Rooms are fairly small as is fairly normal for Japan....so a bit tight if you need to unpack your suitcase. Staff are friendly and check in is quick and efficient."

"I didnt even know there was a spa. Nothing was really close, and there is a love hotel next door. Honestly, I'm pretty sure that this is a love hotel, but Im not 100% sure. Would stay here again if I am in the area."
