This place should be closed. How can Expedia have this hotel listed as a legitimate cleaned and safe place?

Older style hotel, has seen better days. It’s not in the most convenient area to travel to Osaka’s attractions. However there is a tram stop outside. The neighbourhood was quiet, not a bustling area. Quite expensive for its location & facilities which in my room were cramped. Staff tried their best. The Blanc Cafe up the street was nice.
