"Very clean, Ate Liza is very helpful and accommodating. The owner is friendly and helpful as well. No elevator just stairs so if you have heavy luggages be ready to carry it all the way up. All in all, it’s what we needed for our stay in Las Pinas. Very close to Perpetual hospital, SM center/Hypermart even South Mall. We’ll stay here again in the future if we will be in the area. "

"Every time I vacation in Manila, I stay in Parque España. Conveniently located to many restaurants, Alabang Town Center Mall, Festival Mall, Molito Mall, Supermarkets, hospital. Clean and affordable with a great breakfast buffet and shuttle service. All the staff are helpful, professional and friendly.
