"The hotel is surprisingly clean & quiet. The hotel staff are very polite & accommodating, and their uniform shows elegance. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of cuisines. The hotel have all the amenities a guest would ask for, including a pool & a restaurant. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay a great one."
"I have read ads about Excelsior a while back but I felt it was too expensive considering its location. This time their price was reduced to a reasonable price so I booked. Other than the fact than parking is separated and there is no walkway to the hotel, all were excellent from well appointed rooms and beddings and very courteous staff."

Website show was untrue i had written to Expedia regarding my room had no wifi /nl cable TV / no Hot water / no chair / no Carboard / no hook to hang cloth both bedroom & bathroom /hallway light drop off pitch / room piwer socket missing no ve able to charge my device / ceilling light ni working / Shower comparment flooded with water /ni toilet paper.
I booked 2 night but i checkout after one night slept.
