"No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

"Clean accommodation and convenient location. We arrived 15 mins early and had to wait till exactly 3pm before unlocking - so worth bearing this in mind. Really enjoyed our buffet breakfast (who doesn’t love a hotel brekky?!), especially the freshly made pancakes from the pancake maker :) would return if we need to visit that side of London again. "When we arrived it was slightly early but our room was ready and we were given an upgrade to a free breakfast, which was delicious! The choice of food was excellent. The hotel was a beautiful boat, felt very sumptuous and the room was enormous!! It was double the size of a normal London hotel room. I would happily stay at The Sunborn again and would highly recommend staying there."

"The room as usual was spotless and immaculate, though the bed is a small double it is still very comfy and the two of us had no complaints about it. Room amenities are great, kettle, electric hob, microwave and there's even washing up liquid and a sponge. The fitness rooms are more than adequately for mo needs. The 'icing on the cake' has to be the 20th floor swimming pool and jacuzzi with its view across the Thames (there's also a sauna and steam room). The on the 20th floor is spacious and relaxing and a great variety of drinks to suit everyone. My one disappointment is the size of the shower, very compact but the water pressure is great."

"I had a very comfortable stay. The room could use a bit more lighting especially over the large mirror. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept well. The friendly and professional staff were very polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone."
