"We stopped for one night as a pit stop to Le Shuttle and to explore London, arrived early sorted an early check in for us and made sure we had air conditioned rooms. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Next morning we had breakfast before we left, which had a good range of food and drinks."

Lovely staff at the front desk when i arrived. I was in one of the rooms in the "annex building" which across the road above shops. They let me check in when i arrived at 1pm bedore the 2pm stated time and the guy walked me across the road to the room.

"Russel helped us move from the elderly/disabled room to a regular room. We requested for a room close to the elevator but gave us a room for wheelchair assisted people. The lady that checked us in saw that we are both able people but she gave us a room for the disabled. Need to train that lady that checked us in. "
