Access was easy and the agents were quick to respond
There was no washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets provided tea and coffee was not provided.
I’ve stayed in many places similar to this and there has been this provided.

"We had a 2 night stay here whilst attending a concert at the O2 for which it's perfect accommodation as it's so close. They have so many staff - even ones to press the lift buttons, and they are so professional. Every single one went the extra mile to make our stay special. We had room service food after the concert, of which there was lots of choice. Breakfast had everything imaginable on the menu. We'll be back when we visit the O2 again."

"The location is great for attending events at the Excel Centre, or nearby areas such as Canary Wharf, Greenwich, etc. It is also convenient because it is right off the Prince Regent DLR station. Just be aware that if you need to get to tourist attractions, many of them are at least 40 minutes away via transit."
"The first impression was very welcoming. We were a little early for our check-in but the team checked and said that our room was already prepared.
Although the room was small with the twin beds we requested, it had everything that you would need. Very clean and the beds were cosy and comfortable.
We had the buffet breakfast which was very good value, I would certainly recommend it.
Nothing was too much trouble.
I would definitely return to this hotel and will certainly be telling my friends and family.
