"Room was smallist and quite dark as painted a mid green invluding the ceiling, but deco beautiful. Windows overlooked other buildings bathrooms, rooms toilet area, so could not open blinds to let any light in. J xx"

"The staff was wonderful - extremely helpful and accommodating! Very clean and inviting apartment was exactly as presented online. Located in the ideal spot for exploring downtown Lisbon and its surroundings!"

"We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Chiado! High-end amenities, friendly staff, roof-top bar and centrally located to attractions and great restaurants in Lisbon. On our way check out day, the young man working the desk at 6am in the morning kindly waited with us outside to ensure that our Uber driver would locate us for our pickup...world class!"

"Very unique property. Wonderful staff that was extremely helpful. Very nice breakfast with wonderful baked goods."

"It was a great trip!"

"Great location. Walkable to many things! You can walk out the entrance and you already have a selection of different restaurants to walk to close by. Close proximity to Rua Augusta and also the train station if you need. The staff was very helpful, most especially the front desk receptionist (I wish I remembered her name). Rooms were clean and well kept. Everything worked great. Our room was quite tiny but honestly it did not bother us - just something to keep in mind for people expecting a lot...

"It was a lovely hotel"
