Well appointed clean rooms with modern private bathrooms. Large communal dining area and kitchen. Easy walk to a grocery store and several local restaurants. Owners helped facilitate transport back and forth to sites downtown. Very close to the airport.

Federico, the host, took care of everything for us. How communication was quick and efficient. The room was amazing, clean, and well furnished. The linens and towels very clean and a nice scent. The property was safe and quiet. Check-in was very smooth and easy. Overall a fantastic place to stay close to FCO.

We had a wonderful time here. The host, Federico, was a message away from assisting with any questions or needs. He was awesome helping with car services into Rome and back. The house was clean, the cleaning staff were very friendly and had attention to detail. We felt at home. The area was also nice for a suburb, with a grocery store, pizzeria, bakery and restaurant near by. It would be a pleasure to stay there again.

Frederico was very helpful, fast to communicate, helped me with my transport back to the airport as well. He sent over VERY clear instructions on how how to find the location with pictures and arrows for everything so even after a late flight I could figure it out. Very clean and quiet. Small kitchenette too however I didn't use it. Would highly recommend 😊

The place was very clean and comfortable but only connection was WhatsApp and staff on site. Rooms on Second floor and 12 steps to front entrance. Taxi hard to get to airport which was close by.

absolutely AMAZING! I opened the door room and immediately felt welcome, so cozy and beautiful, the decoration and every little detail were perfect!
