Beautiful hotel and definitely one of the nicest in Rimini. We had a small misunderstanding with Expedia, which was not the hotel’s fault . The hotel has such a wonderful old-world charm. You really feel like you’ve stepped back into the 1930s. The grounds are beautiful, and there’s an elegant, almost grand feeling throughout the property.

Wonderful iconic hotel with delightful service. The dinner on the terrace with entertainment is not to be missed. The gym is the worst I’ve ever seen in over 1,000 hotel stays: the one machine was broken all four days and it probably has been and will be. There are five dumbbells, two sets and an orphan. I know it’s Rimini, but for any hotel, let alone The Grand, this is unacceptable.

The Grand Hotel Rimini is a stunningly gorgeous hotel at a prime spot along the Rimini coastline. The service is top notch, the pool is lovely, and the beach area is perfect. The breakfast buffet is very nice and the people working there provide attentive and personal service. The hotel also offers cute bikes that you can use without charge. I'm not in the habit of tipping cleaning staff but I made an exception since my cleaning staff member was superb and consistent through my stay. I would say this hotel earns its five-star status. Wi-fi service is spotty, not good enough to have a zoom call. It is weak and drops constantly in the room. Wi-fi is better in common areas and I was not the only one using my laptop in the hallway. The room (#410) also had a musty smell that appeared to be systemic and unaffected by the excellent cleaning service. My nose adjusted within a few minutes each time I entered but it's not a great first impression.

What a gem- a historical landmark and museum. A professional, quality staff, unique rooms, excellent breakfast, gourmet dinner, awesome wine selection, etc. The value was just unmatched in terms of what you receive for the cost, especially compared to hotels in the US. We are never disappointed staying at the hotel. Been coming for many years. We were all treated very well ( including our dog). The food is very high quality and ambience is very relaxing. Looking forward to returning.

The Grand Hotel was elegant for a beachfront hotel. Great sense of history and grandeur, but still reasonable. Restaurant food was good and staff was all wonderful. The beachfront Amerigo Vespucci Blvd was easily accessible. The historic town center was about 20-30 min walk, but a pleasant and safe walk. Easy parking at Parcheggio Flori if you decide to drive to town

Simply amazing. Each and every Hotel staff member was courteous and knowledgeable. We worked on our Italian and they were patient and most spoke English well. Guiliermo at the gate was a gem. We will return for certain.

This hotel is beautiful. The room was spacious! The housekeepers were wonderful! The greeting at reception was friendly! the pool staff got us towels right away. The breakfast staff were helpful and breakfast was delicious. Just beware of the mosquitos at night and the courtyard has a flying biting bug that left welts on my daughter. Also, the beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach are not included in the price, they charge extra. We asked for towels and played in the waves for free. The pool chairs are free if you don't mind a lot of people smoking

Lovely historically, but lots of other choices

Wonderful location. Excellent breakfast. Room was terribly over odorized with a perfume that was overpowering and upon asking for a remedy was simply told it will pass in a few days. The other issue with the hotel is that the “gym” is just a room with some basic things, not four or five star level. Also did not appreciate that the private beach access, as advertised, came with an unadvertised extra fee. Lastly, internet was a nightmare as connection dropped constantly and impossible to have a video meeting or any consistent streaming.
