"We only needed a place to stay for a single night. We booked this room as it said it was an 18 minute walk to the Rassada Pier. It is a 50 minute walk. Grab was 206 Baht to the pier. So if the reason for your stay you will need to factor that in. Sheets were clean but the towels smelled clean but had brown stains on them. "

"The staff unfortunately just do not have good customer service. They couldn’t assist with absolutely anything. They were an hour and a half late with our room and offered us juice. When I request an alcoholic beverage, they said we can’t do that. They couldn’t give us any change for our baht unless we bought something. This is not the experience we’ve had all over Thailand.
