"Breakfast was Luke warm on both days. Too much made at once. Fried eggs were fried hard on the bottom but uncooked whites on the top. The bedroom was 25 degrees at all times regardless if the “air con” being on constantly. Windows don’t open so it was very uncomfortable. No fridge in the room so couldn’t keep any drinks cold. It was quiet and in a really good location to visit Kew Gardens which were an easy 10 minute walk away. I felt the stay was very good value for money. "

"Lovely hotel, next to Richmond park. Great staff. A minor maintenance issue with the room was immediately fixed despite the fact it was a bank holiday weekend. Friendly, efficient welcome, Tasty fresh breakfast buffet in lovely space, comfortable bed and good shower. Huge range of excellent pub, cafe and restaurant options nearby. Beautiful walks in Richmond park or along the river in both directions."
